In response to expressed student interest, the College
is now providing a growing list of opportunities for sport and fitness
programs for men and women. The College currently provides:
Men’s Basketball – The College basketball team competes in the Winsted Men’s City League for 14 weeks starting in January. Games are held on Sundays at Pearson School. Contact the Student Activities Office in November for more information.
Yoga / Pilates – Men and women can participate in weekly sessions held in the multi-purpose room in Green Woods Hall.
Open Gym – Activities such as basketball, volleyball, dodge ball and ping pong are available in the GW multi-purpose room. Check with the Student Activities Office for a schedule.
Other Opportunities – are available with enough student interest. If you have an idea for a program, contact Student Activities.
