Foundations In-School Youth Program

Foundations is a summer and year-round youth program funded by Northwest Regional Workforce Development Board under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA).

For the summer of 2007, 60 hours were spent learning how to create a claymation movie.  This involved scripting, storyboarding, set design, clay sculpting, directing, camera work, film editing, movie making.  It was great fun, and to top it off, Mike Hydeck from WFSB Channel 3 and the Republican-American came to our presentation.  We were featured on TV!  "Students Get Paid to Learn"
