Student Photo ID Policy

To receive an NCCC student photo ID, the following documents must be presented:
  1. A copy of current college registration form or receipt or schedule
  2. Photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport

This policy has been implemented to help protect students against identity theft.

  • Your photo ID provides access to a variety of services on campus. 

  •  Your ID card is required to register for classes. 

  • A bar code will be fixed on the back of your ID, providing you with library privileges at the Learning Resource Center.  This procedure will be done at the library. 

  • Off-campus service include discounts at area retailers, including art and photo shops, as well as discounts at some ski areas, museums, Broadway shows, UCONN Storrs campus and branches. 

  • For more information or to obtain or update your ID, contact the Center for Student Development, 56 Park Place, 738-6420. 

  • IDs  can be made from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
