Current Work
  • I've had stories accepted in the following forthcoming anthologies:

    The Scribner Anthology of Contemporary Fiction

    Wrecking of Reason: An Anthology of Experimental Fiction by Women

    The Best Short-Short Fiction of the 21st Century (to be published in the U.S. & China)

  • My collection of stories, tentatively titled, More Than Winter or Spring, will be published by BOA Editions, Ltd. in September 2008 as the second in their series of American Fiction (they are a long-standing--25 years--publisher of poetry and are brand-new to fiction).

Future Work
  • I've been asked to visit a Fiction Writing class at Berry College in Georgia in October, 2007
    I've been asked to read at the Hudson View Gardens Reading Series in NYC, February, 2008 with writer Rilla Askew and poet Lee Slominsky
    I've been asked to be on two panels at the Associal Writing Programs (AWP) Conference in NYC in January 2008; one on experimental fiction, and one on the "Northern Gothic" in fiction.

    The Dominican Literacy Project

    Casa Brava, A writer's and Artists' Retreat in Oaxaca, Mexico

    Crescendo, a choral group in Limerock, CT with latino/community outreach concerts
