adjustment to college life. Some

resilience and coping skills
- Counseling for reducing stress in your life
- Excellent online resources on many health and
wellness topics
- Speakers on understanding depression, anxiety
and stress, and increasing your general wellness
- A one credit Planning Your Life course offered
each semester
