This two-semester program will provide you with the technical and group counseling skills necessary to safely lead groups through experiential based programs. You will be uniquely prepared to facilitate groups via non competitive games, problem solving initiatives, low and high challenge ropes course facilitation. In the process, you will enhance your own leadership style and competency.
